At Style Elevates, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care & hygiene products (once opened)
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@styleelevates.in within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos of the product if it is damaged or defective
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a wrong or damaged product, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
